Delivery and Tracking
Orders usually are shipped within 24-48 hours, unless you have chosen a made to order item. Delivery times for custom made orders are listed on the individual product pages on the Sooper Design website.
Once your order has been shipped, an email with tracking number will be sent to your contact email within the next 48 hours. It will indicate which carrier was used and a method of tracking the order to your door. Please allow 7-10 days for delivery. You may receive several shipments to complete the fulfilment of your order.
All products are shipped with Registered tracking and delivered Monday to Friday within business hours.
If you are unable to receive your parcel on the delivery day, a notification will be left for you to pick up your parcel at your local Australian post office.
Bulky Items Shipping
Bulky items are large and/or heavy products specially delivered by courier.
On average the large bulky item shipping fee is $20 in Australia. Delivery fees do vary according to your delivery destination so we email you the exact price within 24hrs of you submitting your order. With your agreed confirmation the shipping fee is added to your total payment to be processed. Alternatively if you wish to cancel the order, there is no transaction and no cost to you.
Please submit and complete your order online so we can respond with a price for your Bulky Item Shipping fee. You will not be charged for the product unless you agree to the delivery fee and then we continue to process the order. Or contact by email at hello@sooperdesign.com.au

Placing an International Order from outside of Australia

Sooper Design will reply to your email within 24hrs of receiving your request. Please remember to include the country destination so we can calculate the international shipping fee. Upon your confirmation of price/shipping we can process the order.
International customers do not incur Australian sales tax (GST 10%) this is removed off the final payment. Please be aware that your order may be subject to local Custom's duties and/or local taxes in the country of destination. Check with your local authority to ascertain applicable rates. Any additional charges must be paid by you.
Most items on the Sooper Design website are available to overseas buyers, only a few items are unavailable due to legal, insurance and logistical issues.
