The Object is not as it was described on sooperdesign.com.au
The Object is damaged or faulty* You must not sign and accept delivery of any package that is visibly damaged in a way that may suggest that the contents may have been damaged in transit and that
You have contacted us by email within 7 days of receiving the Object
The Object and its original packaging are in new, unused, pristine and unmarked condition*
*Sooper Design is not responsible for any item that is not returned in a new, unused and unmarked condition. We do not sell or ship damaged items and will not accept the return of any item, which is considered marked or imperfect. Some of the Objects we sell are handmade or hand finished and may contain natural characteristics of the process. If so, this will be described in the Object description and will not constitute a case for returning the Object. If you consider an item flawed or faulty upon delivery, please contact us immediately to discuss.

You have ordered the wrong size, colour or Object*
You change your mind
Objects are as describe in the Object description
When considering anything size related such as a ring or a T-shirt, please refer to measurements provided. If unsure when ordering jewellery please have your size confirmed by a jeweller. Australian ring sizing and metric measurements are used by Sooper Design Sellers.
Please type “Returns” and the item number (eg PMC00027) in the subject banner. Please provide the reason for your claim and a return email and contact phone number so that we may discuss the return with You and provide You with an address for the return. Items must be packaged to prevent damage on the return voyage. Shipping and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable. Sooper design will contact the Design Seller who will organise directly with you to have the faulty product returned and replaced at no cost to you.
